Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable Remote Communication Assistant to join the team full-time. This role demands managing professional communication, coordination, and routine administrative duties to promote operational clarity.

Key Responsibilities

Professionally engage with clients, team members, and external stakeholders via chat and online calls.
Provide clear, polite, and prompt responses to messages.
Arrange and track follow-ups effectively.
Deliver daily reports on completed tasks, pending issues, and significant conversations.
Comprehend instructions swiftly and ask clarifying questions when needed.
Apply sound judgment when communicating and representing the company.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Qualification and Skills

Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken at a conversational level.
Experienced with video calls, online research, and digital communication tools.
Reliable internet access suitable for remote work.
Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Good problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making in communication.
Friendly, patient, and respectful demeanor.

Compensation and Logistics

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from USD 1,500 to USD 4,000, along with commissions averaging USD 300 per month and additional bonuses amounting to up to 10% of the base compensation.

Work location is fully remote but open only to residents of Australia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Singapore, and Switzerland.
