Overview
4D Global is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the AR Calling operations within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. The role primarily involves managing daily planning activities, troubleshooting production issues, and mentoring new hires to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational planning and identify challenges affecting production schedules.
- Address and resolve shortages or issues that disrupt workflow.
- Produce and deliver consistent routine reports to track progress and performance.
- Train and provide ongoing support to newly hired team members.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of six years' experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, with a focus on Accounts Receivable follow-up and denial management.
- At least one year of experience as a Team Leader managing a team of 15-20 employees.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
