About the Company

Role Overview
The Center Manager will be responsible for running the center end-to-end, improving conversions and supporting revenue growth through sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and improve the conversion of leads into walk-ins.
- Increase the conversion rate from walk-ins to confirmed sign-ups.
- Support and execute marketing activities aimed at boosting enrollments.
- Manage the daily operations of the center.
- Monitor staff output and ensure the team performs effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work toward and achieve assigned revenue goals.
