Role Overview

The Center Manager will be responsible for running the center end-to-end, improving conversions and supporting revenue growth through sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and improve the conversion of leads into walk-ins.
• Increase the conversion rate from walk-ins to confirmed sign-ups.
• Support and execute marketing activities aimed at boosting enrollments.
• Manage the daily operations of the center.
• Monitor staff output and ensure the team performs effectively.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work toward and achieve assigned revenue goals.

Compensation

The offered salary range is INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,80,000 per year.
