Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Commis chefs with 1 to 4 years of experience to join a multinational corporate cafeteria team. The role involves assisting in the preparation and cooking of Continental, Chinese, and South Indian dishes while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cooking Continental, Chinese, and South Indian cuisine with attention to quality and consistency.
- Ensure strict hygiene practices are followed, adhering to FSSAI regulations and portion control guidelines.
- Support bulk cooking operations within a cafeteria environment.
- Follow kitchen standard operating procedures (SOPs) and take direction from senior chefs.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience as a Commis (levels 1 or 2).
- Proficient knowledge of South Indian cuisine preparation.
- Familiarity with basic vegetarian and non-vegetarian food preparation techniques.
- Strong discipline and hygiene awareness in kitchen operations.
- Experience in catering or cafeteria settings is advantageous.
- Available for immediate joining.
