About Ashapurna Logistics
Ashapurna Logistics, based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, is seeking an expert Computer Operator to support its logistics and supply chain operations by managing and processing extensive data sets efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle and analyze substantial Excel datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Create daily MIS reports and develop operational dashboards for organizational use.
- Manage billing processes and prepare stock-related documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle tracking and dispatch data meticulously.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate digital and operational records.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources to streamline information management.
- Utilize AI technologies to enhance workflow automation and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Excel including formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS), pivot tables, data consolidation, and dashboard creation.
- Experience generating reports using Power BI.
- Familiarity with MS Office 365 tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Competent in internet navigation and managing email communications.
- Understanding and exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot for improving work efficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or transport sectors.
- Good typing speed and adept in computer operations.
- Capable of managing and accurately integrating data from various sources.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

- Age criteria: 21 to 45 years old.
- Open to both male and female candidates.

- Work shift: Full-time day shift.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary range: ₹18,000 to ₹31,000 (₹18,000–₹30,000 fixed plus ₹1,000 incentive).

Work Location
