Ashapurna Logistics, based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, is seeking an expert Computer Operator to support its logistics and supply chain operations by managing and processing extensive data sets efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle and analyze substantial Excel datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Create daily MIS reports and develop operational dashboards for organizational use.
• Manage billing processes and prepare stock-related documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle tracking and dispatch data meticulously.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate digital and operational records.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to streamline information management.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance workflow automation and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel including formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS), pivot tables, data consolidation, and dashboard creation.
• Experience generating reports using Power BI.
• Familiarity with MS Office 365 tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and OneDrive.
• Competent in internet navigation and managing email communications.
• Understanding and exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot for improving work efficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or transport sectors.
• Good typing speed and adept in computer operations.
• Capable of managing and accurately integrating data from various sources.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Additional Details

• Age criteria: 21 to 45 years old.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
• Basic English proficiency required.
• Graduate educational qualification mandatory.
• Work shift: Full-time day shift.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary range: ₹18,000 to ₹31,000 (₹18,000–₹30,000 fixed plus ₹1,000 incentive).
