Key Qualifications and Traits

• Training in HACCP is an advantage though not mandatory
• Strong communication capabilities are essential
• Experience in customer service settings will be beneficial
• Ability to function effectively within a team in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure

Primary Responsibilities

• Embody Centra's core brand values of pride, energy, creativity, and community focus
• Prepare various customer orders including making sandwiches and rolls, plating hot food, and slicing meats adhering to portion control standards
• Cook, assemble, and display food items consistently throughout operating hours
• Maintain exceptional standards for deli counter presentations throughout the day
• Exhibit a passion for quality food by sharing culinary knowledge, recipe ideas, and personalized suggestions with customers
• Address all customer inquiries promptly and professionally in accordance with store policies
