Role Overview

As one of the pioneering members of our team, you will take on the pivotal role of Founding Designer. This is a hands-on position based primarily in our Düsseldorf office with some allowance for remote work. You will be instrumental in crafting and implementing a cutting-edge design language for our products, directly impacting a broad user base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and establish a comprehensive design system from scratch, ensuring consistent user experience across the platform.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to confirm that designs are feasible and properly implemented.
• Lead user testing initiatives to collect feedback and refine design solutions.
• Create and iterate on prototypes to effectively communicate and validate design concepts.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is essential for effective communication within the company and with stakeholders.
