Role Overview

As one of the pioneering members of our team, you will take on the pivotal role of Founding Designer. This is a hands-on position based primarily in our Düsseldorf office with some allowance for remote work. You will be instrumental in crafting and implementing a cutting-edge design language for our products, directly impacting a broad user base.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and establish a comprehensive design system from scratch, ensuring consistent user experience across the platform.
Collaborate closely with engineers to confirm that designs are feasible and properly implemented.
Lead user testing initiatives to collect feedback and refine design solutions.
Create and iterate on prototypes to effectively communicate and validate design concepts.

Requirements

Fluency in German is essential for effective communication within the company and with stakeholders.
