About the Role
ProSync Technology Group, LLC is actively looking to onboard a Fully Qualified Navy Validator I to assist with cybersecurity validation activities specifically for a U.S. Navy client. This position involves evaluating security controls and aiding in compliance efforts within a defense contracting environment. Note that this role pertains to a forthcoming program which has not been awarded yet.
ProSync is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with a prestigious history in supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, emphasizing a strong military heritage. Candidates with prior military or government contracting experience who are committed to national service are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cybersecurity control assessments and review associated documentation.
- Assist in the development of validation artifacts and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams and stakeholders to advance security objectives.
- Identify potential security risks and assist in formulating mitigation strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of an IAM Level II certification is mandatory.
- No prior experience is required; however, familiarity with cybersecurity validation services is preferred.
- Applicants must hold at least a Secret security clearance.
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is compulsory.
