- Track and analyze weekly economic performance to spot inefficiencies in costs and incentives.
- Develop and implement standardized incentive frameworks to support scalable and sustainable QC growth.
- Collaborate closely with local growth and commercial teams to strategize and execute incentive plans.
- Establish core 'golden rules' for incentives in coordination with multiple departments.
- Lead cross-team initiatives focused on balancing growth ambitions with rigorous unit economic discipline.
- Create detailed and actionable performance reports and economic insights tailored for senior management.

- Proven ability to influence senior-level stakeholders across diverse functional groups.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a decisive, action-oriented approach and an ROI-first perspective.
- Exceptional communication skills with the capability to express structured, clear business insights.
- High self-drive and adaptability to work in uncertain, dynamic environments.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
