Role Overview
As a Human Resource Manager at NCR Concrete Pvt Ltd in Greater Noida, you will lead key HR functions including recruitment, workforce planning, compliance with labor regulations, payroll, and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
