Role Overview

As a Human Resource Manager at NCR Concrete Pvt Ltd in Greater Noida, you will lead key HR functions including recruitment, workforce planning, compliance with labor regulations, payroll, and day-to-day HR operations. This position demands collaboration with leadership to support organizational growth and employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Partner with business heads to strategize and implement workforce planning and staff development initiatives.
Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies to maintain compliance.
Manage payroll processing and HR operational tasks efficiently.
