Job Overview
We are seeking a Fleet Executive to manage comprehensive fleet operations, including scheduling delivery vehicles, assigning drivers, and planning optimal routes to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling of delivery vehicles and coordinate driver deployment to ensure timely deliveries.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
- Track fuel usage and maintain fast-tag records to monitor expenses.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Monitor turnaround times (TAT) to maintain high service levels.
- Maximize fleet utilization to reduce idle time and improve cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with vendors to support vehicle maintenance and related services.
- Implement cost control measures to keep fleet operations within budget.
- Prepare and maintain daily transport Management Information System (MIS) reports for performance tracking.
Eligibility

Salary and Benefits
The position offers a monthly salary range of INR 15,000 to INR 20,000.
