Job Overview

We are seeking a Fleet Executive to manage comprehensive fleet operations, including scheduling delivery vehicles, assigning drivers, and planning optimal routes to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of delivery vehicles and coordinate driver deployment to ensure timely deliveries.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
• Track fuel usage and maintain fast-tag records to monitor expenses.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Monitor turnaround times (TAT) to maintain high service levels.
• Maximize fleet utilization to reduce idle time and improve cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with vendors to support vehicle maintenance and related services.
• Implement cost control measures to keep fleet operations within budget.
• Prepare and maintain daily transport Management Information System (MIS) reports for performance tracking.
