Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of influencers, serving as their main liaison and support.
- Bring experience in onboarding major creators to the network.
- Strategize and implement growth plans for talent, including guiding content creation and expanding presence across platforms.
- Identify and facilitate brand partnerships that align closely with the influencer’s unique personal brand identity.
- Lead negotiations on financial terms, contracts, deliverables, and schedule adherence.
- Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Monitor performance indicators to continually refine content approach and partnership outcomes.
- Build and nurture solid relationships with brands, advertising agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all activities comply with brand standards, platform policies, and contractual agreements.
- Help talents develop sustainable revenue streams beyond standard brand collaborations.
