Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of influencers, serving as their main liaison and support.
• Bring experience in onboarding major creators to the network.
• Strategize and implement growth plans for talent, including guiding content creation and expanding presence across platforms.
• Identify and facilitate brand partnerships that align closely with the influencer’s unique personal brand identity.
• Lead negotiations on financial terms, contracts, deliverables, and schedule adherence.
• Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Monitor performance indicators to continually refine content approach and partnership outcomes.
• Build and nurture solid relationships with brands, advertising agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with brand standards, platform policies, and contractual agreements.
• Help talents develop sustainable revenue streams beyond standard brand collaborations.

• Must be a graduate in any discipline.

Compensation

The position offers an annual salary ranging from 350000 to 850000 INR.
