About the Role

This full-time position based in Burlingame, CA, involves leading deployment and maintaining operational excellence for retail demonstration systems featuring advanced technologies such as AI glasses, virtual reality devices, and in-store display setups. The role focuses on ensuring reliable functionality and exceptional customer experiences in first-party retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive successful deployments of retail demo systems integrating AI glasses, VR hardware, and other display technologies.
• Serve as the main operational liaison managing store technology performance, software updates, vendor relationships, and device upkeep.
• Maintain system uptime and consistent performance to guarantee seamless customer interactions within retail locations.
• Collaborate closely with retail operations, technical vendors, analytics units, and internal engineering teams to optimize retail technology systems.
• Manage deployment schedules, monitor key performance indicators, troubleshoot technical issues, and sustain scalable system operations.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in managing retail technology operations at scale with significant impact.
• Proven experience handling extensive hardware rollouts and deployments.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including vendors and engineering stakeholders.
• Skilled in monitoring KPIs and maintaining high standards of operational performance.
