About the Internship
This internship provides hands-on experience in managing events and client interactions within a dynamic WordPress-based e-learning and e-commerce service provider. You will engage in lead conversion, client outreach, event organization, and partnership handling to develop your event management and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to walk-in customer inquiries and effectively convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Proactively approach new clients, event planners, and exhibition coordinators to expand business opportunities.
- Coordinate events, manage partnerships, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle billing processes, maintain clear communication with customers, gather feedback, and promote upselling of services.
- Drive referral generation initiatives and focus on achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Internship start date between August 10, 2026, and September 14, 2026.
- Commitment to the full 6-month internship duration.
- Applicants should be residents of Thane, Navi Mumbai, or Mumbai.
