Role Overview

As an AI Growth Engineer Intern, you will engage in meaningful AI-driven projects rather than routine bug fixing or building little-used internal tools. Your work will directly contribute to customer acquisition, operational automation, and faster scaling of Tenpo.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with company founders to identify repetitive tasks suitable for AI-driven automation.
• Develop AI-powered outbound sales platforms to discover and qualify prospects.
• Create automated marketing workflows that use AI (e.g., Claude) to generate personalized content.
• Build internal AI tools to support customer service and sales functions.
• Automate CRM updates, generate demo summaries, and manage follow-up communications.
• Design dashboards to highlight customer insights and growth opportunities.
• Implement AI workflows enhancing onboarding and customer success processes.
• Experiment with emerging AI APIs, tools, and automation solutions to accelerate company growth.

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Solid programming skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies swiftly.
• Keen interest in AI, large language models (LLMs), Claude, OpenAI, multi-cloud platforms, APIs, and automation techniques.
• Motivated to solve real business challenges through software development rather than solely coding.
• Strong communication abilities and enthusiasm to collaborate closely with company founders.
