Job Overview
As a Human Resources Associate at Walmart Supercenter #3475 in Norristown, PA, you will support leadership with various HR functions including recruitment, hiring, staffing, staff development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance management. Compensation
- The hourly wage ranges from $21 to $34, ensuring the rate meets or exceeds local minimum wage.
- Additional performance incentives may be earned on an annual or quarterly basis.
- Under certain conditions such as schedule, location, season, or specific tasks performed, premium pay can be awarded ranging from $0.35 up to $3.00 per hour. Multiple premiums may be applicable simultaneously.
Shifts
Available shifts are Opening and Morning.
