Role Overview

The Specialty Products team located in Eagle Farm is on the lookout for a committed Process Worker. This position involves crafting aluminium castings and managing essential production machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Create aluminium castings by pouring molten metal into cast iron moulds.
Perform quality checks to ensure products comply with high standards.
Preserve the condition of dies by applying mould release agents and monitoring furnace levels.
Operate machinery safely and effectively, both independently and within a team.

Candidate Profile

Experience in foundry or metal casting environments is advantageous but not essential.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality assurance.
Physically capable of handling hot and heavy materials securely.
Dependable, punctual, and a cooperative team player.
Adherence to health and safety protocols is mandatory.
Availability for day or afternoon shifts, with flexible scheduling options.
