Role Overview

The Specialty Products team located in Eagle Farm is on the lookout for a committed Process Worker. This position involves crafting aluminium castings and managing essential production machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create aluminium castings by pouring molten metal into cast iron moulds.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products comply with high standards.
• Preserve the condition of dies by applying mould release agents and monitoring furnace levels.
• Operate machinery safely and effectively, both independently and within a team.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in foundry or metal casting environments is advantageous but not essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality assurance.
• Physically capable of handling hot and heavy materials securely.
• Dependable, punctual, and a cooperative team player.
• Adherence to health and safety protocols is mandatory.
• Availability for day or afternoon shifts, with flexible scheduling options.
