Position Details

This is a part-time position, offering 20 hours per week, based at our gym location in Poole, England.

Key Responsibilities

Provide an outstanding experience to all prospects, members, and guests, turning every interaction into a sales or retention opportunity.
Actively drive sales of memberships, renewals, upgrades, and add-ons including food, beverages, retail, and fitness products.
Convert inquiries into memberships by confidently overcoming objections, applying needs-based selling, and following up effectively.
Help retain members by fostering strong relationships, identifying those at risk of leaving, and recommending suitable products and services to enhance their experience and outcomes.
Offer personalized tours tailored to individual goals, promoting relevant facilities and services.
Consistently meet or surpass both personal and club Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Serve as a club key holder when needed, ensuring smooth opening, closing, and shift coverage operations.
Learn and proficiently use membership and other operational software with provided training.
Represent the brand as a trusted ambassador, engaging in initiatives like Fitness Challenges, Class concepts, and Workout Wednesday to boost member participation and engagement.
Support operational quality by maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and gym presentation.
Assist the Head Coach with gym resets and other fitness-related tasks on and off the gym floor as required.
Stay well-informed about the gym's products and services.
Address member questions and complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
