Senior Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Role Overview

This role combines business analysis and Scrum Master responsibilities. The selected professional will support end-to-end project delivery by translating business needs into clear requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and keeping Agile teams aligned with sprint goals and delivery expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into structured requirements.
• Draft and maintain user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization to keep work organized and delivery-ready.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Assist Product Owners and delivery teams in planning and tracking work across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate communication between business and technical teams to remove blockers and improve alignment.
• Use tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Kanban, and SAFe-related practices to manage execution effectively.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should already have experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, Scrum Master support, sprint planning, backlog handling, and stakeholder coordination. Familiarity with Agile delivery, SAFe, Jira, and Azure DevOps is important. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Compensation

The offered pay range is INR 10,00,000 to INR 12,00,000 per year.
