Job Overview

We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join Karanveer Karaoke Hub in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role focuses on maintaining dealer communications and managing order-related processes efficiently within a structured office environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact dealers regularly to follow up and maintain relationships.
• Manage order bookings and confirm them accurately.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding dues diligently.
• Maintain and update dealer databases effectively.
• Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business for effective record keeping and communication.

Work Schedule

The office hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with Sundays off.
