Job Overview

We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join Karanveer Karaoke Hub in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role focuses on maintaining dealer communications and managing order-related processes efficiently within a structured office environment.

Responsibilities

Contact dealers regularly to follow up and maintain relationships.
Manage order bookings and confirm them accurately.
Follow up on payments and outstanding dues diligently.
Maintain and update dealer databases effectively.
Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery.
Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business for effective record keeping and communication.

Work Schedule

The office hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with Sundays off.
