Role Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms.
• Effectively comprehend customer questions, concerns, and needs through attentive listening and relevant inquiries.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of each engagement.
• Escalate inquiries to senior staff for further support and resolution when necessary.
• Follow up on outstanding queries to ensure timely and satisfactory responses.
• Consistently deliver polite, professional, and prompt support to customers.
• Update internal databases with accurate information on customer communications.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability for a full-time, in-office internship of two months' duration.
• Ability to commence the internship between 28th July 2026 and 1st September 2026.
• Possession of relevant skills and a genuine interest in customer service roles.

Additional Information

The internship is based in Kolkata, India. This opportunity comes with a monthly stipend ranging from 10,000 to 16,000 INR. Selected interns will receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, potential job offers upon successful completion, and can work in a casual dress code environment.
