Role Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms.
- Effectively comprehend customer questions, concerns, and needs through attentive listening and relevant inquiries.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of each engagement.
- Escalate inquiries to senior staff for further support and resolution when necessary.
- Follow up on outstanding queries to ensure timely and satisfactory responses.
- Consistently deliver polite, professional, and prompt support to customers.
- Update internal databases with accurate information on customer communications.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship of two months' duration.
- Ability to commence the internship between 28th July 2026 and 1st September 2026.
- Possession of relevant skills and a genuine interest in customer service roles.
