Role Overview
Capital One Trading & Co. seeks a Business Development Executive to join their Bengaluru team, specializing in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales communications effectively.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and manufacturers.
- Coordinate order processing and provide customer support as needed.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Holder of a graduate degree in any field.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced individuals.
- Prior experience in FMCG or B2B sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
