Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst to contribute to the Supply Chain team of a global technology company. This position is contract-based and requires working remotely aligned with Pacific Standard Time hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports to support business insights.
• Interpret and examine extensive datasets to discover patterns, identify data quality concerns, and suggest process enhancements.
• Conduct thorough root cause analyses and facilitate remediation efforts to improve data accuracy.
• Develop AI-enhanced solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot or comparable artificial intelligence tools.
• Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable analytic solutions.
• Prepare documentation, define business rules, and support data governance initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Between 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
• Proficient in Power BI and SQL querying.
• Familiar with data modeling concepts, data lake architectures, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience working with Supply Chain management systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Aras Innovator (OnePDM) platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective stakeholder relationship management.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools.
• Background in Data Governance or Master Data Management methodologies.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain sectors is a plus.
