About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst to contribute to the Supply Chain team of a global technology company. This position is contract-based and requires working remotely aligned with Pacific Standard Time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports to support business insights.
- Interpret and examine extensive datasets to discover patterns, identify data quality concerns, and suggest process enhancements.
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses and facilitate remediation efforts to improve data accuracy.
- Develop AI-enhanced solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot or comparable artificial intelligence tools.
- Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable analytic solutions.
- Prepare documentation, define business rules, and support data governance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Between 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
- Proficient in Power BI and SQL querying.
- Familiar with data modeling concepts, data lake architectures, and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience working with Supply Chain management systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Aras Innovator (OnePDM) platforms.
- Strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective stakeholder relationship management.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools.
- Background in Data Governance or Master Data Management methodologies.
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain sectors is a plus.
