Internship Role and Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for planning and executing recruitment strategies, networking through various channels including social media and industry contacts, conducting college recruiting events, and regularly assessing the success of hiring initiatives. You will also be expected to explore and suggest new candidate sourcing methods, build connections to tap into passive candidate pools, and post job vacancies on relevant platforms.

Evaluating applicants' resumes and qualifications against job requirements, conducting preliminary screenings, and coordinating interviews and logistics between candidates and hiring managers will be key tasks. The role includes managing reference and background checks, communicating job offers to candidates, and keeping abreast of current recruitment trends and legal employment regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates eligible for this internship must be available to work full-time, in-office in Kolkata or New Town, with a start date between July 15th and August 19th, 2026, and commit for a 6-month duration. Relevant skills and interests aligned with recruitment are required.

Additional Information

This internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from 6000 to 15000 INR and provides a certificate upon completion.
