About the Role
Automation Exim is seeking a Back Office Executive based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to enhance its customer outreach and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in telephonic communication with leads to ascertain customer needs and establish strong relationships.
- Convert well-qualified leads into confirmed sales by employing effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Implement marketing initiatives aimed at generating fresh business prospects and improving brand awareness.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to sustain interest and boost conversion success.
- Initiate professional cold email campaigns to potential clients to support lead generation and business growth.
- Keep customer data and lead statuses updated to ensure prompt opportunity closures.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range from 15,000 to 25,000 INR.
