Compensation Details

• Hourly wage ranges between 19 and 32 dollars per hour, matching or exceeding local minimum wage requirements.
• Additional compensation in the form of annual or quarterly performance incentives is provided.
• Premium pay may be awarded ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on shift schedules, facility, season, or specific duties, with the possibility of multiple premiums applicable simultaneously.
