Overview
Medico Partners is hiring a dependable Maintenance Worker based in Birmingham, UK. This full-time role requires working six hours daily to perform various repair and upkeep duties for residential properties, encompassing both interior and exterior areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a range of general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and handyman repairs.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of both indoor and outdoor spaces to maintain high standards.
- Identify, report, and safely resolve issues related to property maintenance.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience in maintenance or handyman roles is essential.
- Basic competency in electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
- Possession of a relevant maintenance qualification such as NVQ, City & Guilds, or an equivalent certification is advantageous.
Mandatory Documents
- Up-to-date CV.
- Valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate.
- Copy of passport.
- Right to Work share code if applicable.
