Overview

Medico Partners is hiring a dependable Maintenance Worker based in Birmingham, UK. This full-time role requires working six hours daily to perform various repair and upkeep duties for residential properties, encompassing both interior and exterior areas.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a range of general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and handyman repairs.
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of both indoor and outdoor spaces to maintain high standards.
Identify, report, and safely resolve issues related to property maintenance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Prior experience in maintenance or handyman roles is essential.
Basic competency in electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
Possession of a relevant maintenance qualification such as NVQ, City & Guilds, or an equivalent certification is advantageous.

Mandatory Documents

Up-to-date CV.
Valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate.
Copy of passport.
Right to Work share code if applicable.

Additional Details

This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
Employment is contingent on satisfactory DBS clearance and verification of right to work.
