Talent Experience Coordinator

Overview

The Talent Operations team is seeking a Talent Experience Coordinator to assist in attracting outstanding talent and ensuring a superior recruitment process. This role is pivotal in enhancing the candidate journey by acting as a key representative for applicants, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and respected.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage candidate communication to provide timely and accurate updates about application progress.
• Create and maintain job postings in Workday and distribute them correctly across relevant platforms.
• Track and document interview outcomes to keep a thorough record of the recruitment pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR guidelines, safeguarding candidate data privacy.
• Update candidate statuses in Workday meticulously throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the organization and preparation of Assessment Centres at Harrods when needed.

Work Environment

This position may be fully onsite or follow a hybrid model, involving both on-site and home working. The hybrid policy allows remote work for part of the week, requiring a minimum of three days onsite, based on business requirements.

• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills to manage time and priorities in a dynamic setting effectively.
• Experience in recruitment or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory; a dedication to exceptional candidate experiences is essential.
