Overview

Ottimo Property Services is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Operative to service multiple residential developments around the Chesterfield area. This position involves maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of communal spaces across various sites.

Working Details

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Annual salary: £26,437.

Job Responsibilities

Collect and dispose of rubbish regularly.
Replace failed light bulbs promptly.
Report all maintenance concerns to head office quickly.
Perform cleaning duties such as mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in communal areas including lobbies, stairwells, and landings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Possession of a full, valid UK driving licence.
Strong organizational capabilities.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Punctuality and excellent time management.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
