Job Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of rubbish regularly.
• Replace failed light bulbs promptly.
• Report all maintenance concerns to head office quickly.
• Perform cleaning duties such as mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in communal areas including lobbies, stairwells, and landings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a full, valid UK driving licence.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Punctuality and excellent time management.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
