Role Overview
As the Event Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Events to deliver Rilla’s most important gatherings, including flagship conferences, regional events, and internal offsites. This role owns major parts of event logistics, execution, and partner coordination to help ensure every event feels polished, high-end, and memorable.
Your work will contribute directly to revenue, customer relationships, and brand growth as the company continues to scale.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Head of Events in running large, high-impact Rilla events such as flagship conferences, regional programs, and company offsites.
- Own essential event operations, including venue coordination, vendor handling, production schedules, and the run-of-show.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to make sure events support go-to-market goals and revenue outcomes.
- Coordinate event promotion and attendee messaging alongside the marketing team.
- Manage communication with sponsors, partners, and internal stakeholders to meet commitments and improve event return on investment.
- Monitor event results and help improve processes and playbooks for future events.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in event marketing, event production, or marketing operations, preferably in a B2B or fast-growing environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational ability, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across teams while keeping timelines and budgets under control.
- Comfort balancing strategy and hands-on execution, from attendee experience planning to on-site production details.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with colleagues, vendors, and partners.
- A proactive working style with the flexibility to adapt quickly when priorities or plans change.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 and $200,000.
Applicants with competing offers may receive a matching or improved offer. Total compensation may also include Incentive Stock Options and other future incentives. The estimate does not include the value of benefits or potential long-term incentives.
