Position Overview
Luxurya Cars Private Limited is seeking a Key Account Manager based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to strategically manage and expand relationships with our significant clients. This role demands a proactive approach to understanding client requirements and crafting customized solutions that foster client satisfaction and business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture key client relationships to enhance business opportunities.
- Analyze and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to guarantee optimal client service delivery.
- Strive consistently to meet and exceed sales revenue targets and ensure high client retention rates.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Professional background ranging from two to over five years in key account management, sales, or business development roles.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and client relationship building.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
