About the Role
Grand Hyatt Kochi seeks a Learning Manager to oversee departmental operations aligned with Hyatt International's corporate policies and brand standards. The role focuses on meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners by ensuring the Human Resources Department operates smoothly within the division.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Human Resources Department effectively, ensuring compliance with organizational strategies and brand requirements.
- Facilitate seamless departmental functioning to fulfill employee and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Possess a university degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Hospitality, or Tourism Management.
- Have a minimum of two years of experience as a Learning Manager or Assistant Learning Manager in a sizable operational environment.
- Exhibit excellent presentation, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
