Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on and configure new capabilities in the Veeva Vault suite.
  • Collaborate closely with customers' business and IT teams to capture and understand requirements.
  • Advise clients on adopting Veeva Vault and industry-leading best practices.
  • Customize Vault applications including workflow design, security settings, page layouts, notifications, and field management to align with customer needs.
  • Conduct targeted training sessions to empower customer administration teams for internal management.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting and user support.
  • Provide support and engage proactively in customer Vault migration projects.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven capability to work independently and remotely managing multiple client engagements.
  • Minimum of two years experience in configuring, supporting, and deploying software solutions.
  • At least one year of direct customer-facing experience with managing client expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Veeva CRM products.
  • Background in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences domains.
