About the Role
Our company based in Kotturpuram, Chennai is seeking an energetic Operations & Customer Support Executive. This role involves a blend of customer assistance and operational support, especially order processing tasks.
Key Duties
- Respond promptly to inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, and email channels.
- Manage requests for exchanges and replacements effectively.
- Arrange courier pickups and return shipments using Delhivery services.
- Monitor shipment progress and update customers on delivery status.
- Address questions regarding product customization and help convert these into confirmed orders.
- Accurately pack customer orders for daily shipment.
- Generate shipping labels and prepare parcels for courier collection.
- Liaise with logistics partners such as Porter when necessary.
- Provide support in garment fusing and other production-related duties.
- Assist the team during high-demand sales events and new product launches.
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Communication skills in Tamil with basic proficiency in English.
- Fundamental computer skills including email, WhatsApp Web, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Eagerness to learn and manage various responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
Additional Information
- Working days are Monday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Sundays off.
- Salary range offered is ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience are encouraged to apply.
