Operations & Customer Support Executive

About the Role

Our company based in Kotturpuram, Chennai is seeking an energetic Operations & Customer Support Executive. This role involves a blend of customer assistance and operational support, especially order processing tasks.

Key Duties

• Respond promptly to inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, and email channels.
• Manage requests for exchanges and replacements effectively.
• Arrange courier pickups and return shipments using Delhivery services.
• Monitor shipment progress and update customers on delivery status.
• Address questions regarding product customization and help convert these into confirmed orders.
• Accurately pack customer orders for daily shipment.
• Generate shipping labels and prepare parcels for courier collection.
• Liaise with logistics partners such as Porter when necessary.
• Provide support in garment fusing and other production-related duties.
• Assist the team during high-demand sales events and new product launches.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Communication skills in Tamil with basic proficiency in English.
• Fundamental computer skills including email, WhatsApp Web, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Eagerness to learn and manage various responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Additional Information

• Working days are Monday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Sundays off.
• Salary range offered is ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience are encouraged to apply.
