Role Overview

As the Senior Manager for E-commerce, you will be solely responsible for the success of our digital platforms, encompassing comprehensive accountability for profit and loss, strategic direction, and operational performance. Your role involves managing the entire value chain—from procurement and performance marketing to operations and customer experience—to drive robust growth and sustainable profits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the digital and commercial calendar by coordinating impactful promotional and branding initiatives across all online channels.
  • Overseeing performance marketing efforts to achieve key performance indicators such as return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates (CR), and website traffic.
  • Taking charge of end-to-end fulfillment operations by partnering with logistics and warehouse teams to improve delivery times and minimize product returns.
  • Driving the technological development of e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless, mobile-friendly user experience that maximizes units per transaction (UPT) and average order value (AOV).
  • Managing customer retention and loyalty programs to strengthen brand value and encourage repeat business.
  • Ensuring cohesive integration between digital and physical retail channels to provide customers with a unified brand experience.
