About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Development Manager to join a fast-expanding, innovative medical device company. This pivotal leadership role involves shaping and guiding high-performing engineering teams while spearheading strategic process development projects that enhance the production of transformative medical technologies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Process Development team, nurturing a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous advancement.
  • Establish and execute the strategic vision for Process Development aligned with overall business goals.
  • Oversee complex process development initiatives from initial concept through to implementation and transfer to manufacturing.

  • At least 3 to 5+ years managing engineering, manufacturing, or process development teams.
