Overview
Sutherland, a global leader in business and digital transformation, is recruiting candidates for an International Voice Process role based in Chennai, India. The company is renowned for its expertise in AI, automation, and advanced analytics, serving several marquee clients across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in real-time call support delivering high-quality customer service for international clients, ensuring effective communication via voice-based channels.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A minimum of 6 months and up to 3 years' experience handling international voice calls.
- Readiness to join immediately, with a maximum notice period of 15 days.
Work Schedule and Location
The position offers a 5-day workweek with rotational weekly offs, primarily involving night shifts. The job is office-based at Sutherland's Chennai location: A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, opposite Perungalathur Railway Station. Two-way cab services are offered within a 25km radius, adjusted per shift timings.
Compensation
The total annual package ranges between 300,000 to 350,000 INR, dependent on candidate experience.
